What is the Multicultural Marriage Enrichment Weekend?
The Multicultural Marriage Enrichment Weekend is meant for multicultural
couples. The weekend focuses on the strenghts and possibilities of a couple’s relationship. The goal of the weekend is also to empower each participating
couple to share their findings with others in the same multicultural
situation. The weekend is a workshop with short lessons, individual time for the couples and group discussions.

The weekend is organised by the Kansan Raamattuseura’s Samassa Veneessä marriagework.

About the program
The weekend is held at the Vivamo’s Conference Centre located in Lohja. The weekend is led by Reija and Grahame Weston (MOKUPE project trained leaders) The used language of the program is English. The program is a combination of many important topics (Introduction, Strengths, Possibilities, Communication and Making an Marriage Agreement). There are also short devotions and time for fellowship and relaxing. The beautiful Vivamo area is also well suited for outside activities. Bring with you also an object, a picture or a token anything really that will tell us about your origin. This “show and tell” will be on Friday evening. Please notice that the weekend is for couples so no childcare is provided: the weekend is quite intense and there would be no time to share with your children.

The cost of the weekend is 130-142 €/person (depending upon type of accommodation) and a course fee is 80 €/couple. Please notice that only the first eight couples will be taken to the weekend!
